I. Descriptions:

This is a kind of auxiliary equipment for pile foundation, it is used for the construction of trenching foundation, drilling foundation and trenchless pile foundation. It can mix bentonite slurry efficiently and quickly. The equipment has the function of rapid mixing, which can be used to efficiently prepare suspension or mixture, such as bentonite slurry.

III. Working principle and operation:

3.1 Adding water: the external pipeline is put into tank for adding water;
3.2 Mixing through hopper: Add a certain amount of water and clean water to the box, check that each valve of the equipment is in the factory state, start the pump motor unit through the electrical control cabinet, open the hopper valve, and add the required mixing materials to the hopper assembly.
3.3 Mixing and mixing: Start the mixing device through the electric control cabinet to fully mix and prevent sedimentation of the box, ensuring that the mixing meets the requirements for use.
3.4 Transportation: Connect the pipeline to the conveying valve, close the feeding valve and hopper valve, and start the pump motor unit  through the electric control cabinet for transportation.
3.5 External delivery: connect the suction pipe of the external pump to the discharge valve (8), and start the external pump for slurry suction.
3.6 Cleaning: the liquid in the tank is discharged through the slurry discharge valve (8), then open the flange hole for cleaning.
