I. Product Description
The Static Load Testing Instrument is used to apply vertical pressure, vertical pull-up force or horizontal thrust on the top of the pile step by step, and observe the settlement, pull-up displacement or horizontal displacement of the top of the pile over time, so as to determine the corresponding vertical resistance of a single pile. Test equipment for compressive bearing capacity, vertical uplift bearing capacity of single pile or horizontal bearing capacity of single pile
The static load test adopts the slow maintenance load method, that is, the load is loaded step by step. After each level of load reaches a relatively stable level, the next level of load is added until the test pile fails, and then it is unloaded to zero in stages. When considering the load characteristics of the actual engineering piles, the multi-cycle loading and unloading method can be used (the load of each level is relatively stable and then unloaded to zero). When considering shortening the test time, for the inspection test of engineering piles, the rapid maintenance load method can be used, that is, a first-level load is generally added every one hour.
