Product Description

 

I. Description 

1. The unit is a M-type horizontal symmetrical balanced, four-row, four-cylinder, three- or four-stage compression, mixed-cooling natural gas booster compressor, with oil-free structure and less oil lubrication of the cylinders and packings.
2. the base adopts a reinforced full-frame structure of heavy-duty bottom skid, equipped with soundproofing box, can achieve foundationless operation.
3. Adopting Fuji frequency converter for frequency conversion and speed regulation, the unit can operate under wide range of working conditions; when there is a change in the source of gas volume, it adopts frequency conversion to meet the gas volume of 750~3500Nm3/h;
4. the crankcase is equipped with liquid level switch, and the inlet separator is equipped with magnetic flap plate remote liquid level meter to achieve automatic oil replenishment and liquid discharge.
5. The unit is equipped with automatic and manual double-line sewage discharge, automatic startup and shutdown.
